Yarra City Arts are calling for proposals from innovative and engaging artists to exhibit at: Richmond Town Hall, Fitzroy Library, Bargoonga Nganjin North Fitzroy and Richmond Library, as well as in the four outdoor light boxes at Carlton Library. A fee is paid to successful applicants to contribute towards the development and presentation costs.
